1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Sentence Checker, the browser extension and website operated by Foresty Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16775596, with its registered office at 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (“we”). By installing the extension or using the website you agree to them. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service; if you are under 18, use it only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who must make any purchase for you.

2. The Service

The Service checks grammar, rewrites text in different styles and translates text using automated language models. Output is generated automatically and may be wrong. You remain responsible for everything you publish or send.

3. Accounts and plans

The free plan is limited in text length and number of checks per day. Paid plans (“Premium”, “Premium Plus”, “Team”) are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase and include applicable taxes where the law requires. Fair-use limits for unlimited plans are published on the pricing page.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Within 14 days of a first purchase you may request a full refund at info@foresty.me; the refund policy explains how. Statutory withdrawal rights of consumers in the EU/UK are not affected.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not submit content you have no right to process, or content that is unlawful.
• Do not attempt to circumvent limits, probe or overload the Service, or resell it.
• Do not use the Service to generate spam, harassment or deceptive content.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to the text you submit and to the output you receive. You grant us a limited licence to process the text for the sole purpose of providing the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We may change or discontinue features, and we aim for, but do not guarantee, uninterrupted availability.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”; we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions taken on the basis of generated text. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales may hear any dispute. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings in its courts.
